My Goals:
My goals so far are:
Weight goal: 63 kilos
Swimming goal: 50 laps (2,500 metres in my gym's pool)
Running goal: 5 km at 10 km/hr pace (or faster would be good :)

My Program:
Diet: Trying to stick to 1,500 calories/day, and avoid junk food
Exercise: At least 3 times a week at the gym, walking everywhere possible (especially up stairs and escalators), plus one day a week doing active recreation things like hiking

Personal Information:
I'm currently living in Cambridge, UK and doing a postgraduate program in London.
