My Journey to a Healthy and Fit Life

I've been a member of SparkPeople for quite some time and have had my ups and downs, mostly downs. Persistence and motivation is the key. I've fallen off the wagon so many times, but I keep getting up and dusting myself off. This will be a long journey, but I refuse to give up. Operation Fifty Fit and Fabulous in effect. I am also looking for SparkFriends for support and encouragement!

~ Eat clean. As close to nature as possible.
~ Overwork my Nutribullet
~ Take vitamins daily
~ Alternate weeks of no sweets, breads or pasta
~ Build 30 min of exercise in my daily activity

Fitness:
~ T25 Program
~ Walking 2 mi daily

Nutrition:
~ Eating vegetables and fruits
~ Eat baked or grilled chicken and fish.
~ Eat lean beef sparingly.
~ Cut back on sweets

Social:
~ ~ Interact more with SparkPeople for motivation and support.

Personal Information:
Married, empty nester, live somewhere on the East Coast. Will be approaching that midlife milestone soon.

My personal goal is to live a healthy and active life as I get older.
