hello! this is something ive not tried before. My goal is to lose 60lbs. i need the most help in retraining my brain to live a healthier lifestyle. No children left at home so learning to eat healthy is a huge challenge for me. I finally realized that i DONT KNOW HOW TO EAT FOR MYSELF! LOL.

I made a challenge to complete 2 miles today. I did 4 MILES on the treadmill! yay!
