Time to get healthier! AGAIN!!
I started the 2010 year with LoCo Bootcamp 5x/week for 2 months. Then, I dropped down to several days/week and added Sparkpeople's exercises and diet.
Two years later, I've completed two 1/2 marathons and one Full marathon!
But after the marathon I had a number of injuries and lost my spark to work out. Since then, I've fallen off track and gained all the weight back that I had lost (and then some). I'm trying to re-ignite that spark again!

how cool is it that there's a brother/sister listing in the top 2 for Savannah's pages? you're #1 in the overall minutes, i'm #2...i'm #1 in the fitness minutes, and you're #2...

has to be some sort of record...maybe that means we can have bacon!

Don't feel bad about the 2 pounds this weekend. I did the same thing!! :( Only I blame the liquor and ice cream I consumed.
