Stop making excuses and JUST DO IT!

I am a 44 year old woman who has put off taking care of herself for one reason or another for far too long and as I look in the mirror today I am sickend at what looks back at me.

Hi! So far I am doing better with my goals, finally getting some exercise in and I am actually enjoying it. I recently bought the Dancing with the Stars Cardio dance and it makes working out fun although I can't really dance but I enjoy it. Sometimes I am really good with the water intake and some weeks like this one I fall terribly short.

How did your week go? if you have to take one goal at a time. Have a great week, Whitney
