Right now, I'd love to get into my Se7en jeans! I got a great price on them but they have never felt entirely comfortable.
My Program:
Healthy eating - 1200-1500 calories per day Water - 8-12 glasses of water per day Workout with personal trainer - 1-2X per week Cardio training at the gym 3-4X per week Weight training indivdually 1X per week
