It is now or never....

I have always struggled with my weight and general health, so I have decided to once and for all get my life together. I lost my dad in 2012, he was overweight - had diabetes, heart disease, and high blood pressure... and I do not want to leave my family too early. It is truly now or never!

Hello, I was browsing through profiles and came across yours. You sound like someone I might have some things in common with, like following Jesus for one!

I also see that you've been sick. I hope you're feeling better. I was sick not to long ago with the flu and I was miserable.

Please take a look at my page, and if I sound like someone you'd be interested in friending, then do so and I shall do the same for you!

"Making changes in your life is never an easy task. The key, however, is not to get caught up in the distance you have to go to get to where you want to be. Nor should you despair over the amount of control you have over your circumstances. Progress is made in the small, intentional steps, and chances are, you have more power than you think. By focusing on little steps you can take every day, the progress you make will motivate you to continue your journey, and eventually, you can go wherever you want to go. The important thing is simply to begin."
-Stephen Cherniske

Have a great week, Sparkfriend! Take those intentional steps towards your goals! Every small step is progress, and you are so worth it!

Just stopping by to say hello and to encourage you to keep moving towards your goals, Sparkfriend! Even baby steps add up if you take enough of them...and of course, you know you're worth the effort, right? I'm rooting for you!
Hugs,
Pixie

"The first step to living the life you want is leaving the life you don't want.
Taking the first step forward is always the hardest.
But then each step forward gets easier and easier.
Each step forward gets you closer and closer until eventually, what had once been invisible starts to be visible.
And what had once felt impossible starts to feel possible."
