My name is Sam, and I just joined SparkPeople after being told about by a friend. I'm not very good about following it so far, but I"m working on it at least! I decided I needed to work out because I really don't like how I looked. I can remember being thin and honestly I miss it. I had 3 kids in less than 4 years - and that did not help my figure at all. Now I feel better, and I"m hoping to continue to feel even better as I lose the extra baby weight I never lost.

- walk/run 45min at LEAST 4 times a week. - do at least 10min of exercise daily - stick to my daily calorie goal 28/30 days - be more positive and know I can do it!
