My name is Kat this site was recommended to me by a very great friend of mine. I hope that spark & you guys can help me in my weightloss journey and I just want to get healthy in general . I have about 63-64 pounds to lose and I hope to lose this weight before my bday next year if that doesnt happen then this time next year will be equally amazing..good luck to all you guys on your health and fitness journey! :D

My Goals:
My goals is too lose 63 pounds before the start of next years summer holidays and ultimately 100 pounds by the end of next year.nI would also like to feel more healthy in general as I always feel tired and sluggish I would love to change this and go in to the next year with a resolution to keep on with this fitness and nutrition routine!

My Program:
I am starting off small by doing an hour of low to moderate intensity cardio 3-4 times a week for an hour. I will also to be doing 45 minutes of strength training three times a week. I am following my own simple diet plan of eating little and often (small healthy meals 5 times a day). Also drinking more water and getting my 8 hours of sleep.

emoticon Hi Kay, we had a nice quite Holiday, and New Years too. It's just my husband, daughter, pet's, and I. Our families live very far from us. We live in a very rural area, it's kind of nice, & calm. Hope you have a wonderful day!!! emoticon emoticon
