I am in need of a lifestyle change to continue to be healthy even after I lose the weight I hope I shed over the next year. I've lost weight in the past, become obsessed with numbers because even at my goal weight I was considered "overweight", which led to not losing weight in a healthy way and gaining it all back. But now I'm older and it's going to be tougher...but I am also wiser and I CAN DO IT!

I work at a college library in CNJ surrounded by young beautiful students and I want to keep being mistaken for one of them! haha. I just need to stop being lazy and care about myself. This seems like the right thing for me...a social network of health conscious individuals supporting one another! I can't stop talking about the site with students and co-workers and friends and family and getting others to join...if not to lose weight to just be healthier!

I will always have curves, that won't change and I don't want them too. I love my T&A. I just want them to be a little more reigned in. I am 5'9" and as far as the number on the scale, I DO NOT want to know. I guess my inspiration is the classic pin-ups and Marilyn of course...she's always been my inspiration...sans the pills and suicide. :/ I'm very much drawn to the Suicide Girl/Punk Pin Up scene but I never felt my body could hack it because my curves are not "tight". But I feel my style will blossom more as I become more confident and use my figure as more of a canvas.

Hi there! Just want to congratulate you for starting your fitness journey. I'm still going through mine. I need to lose about 20 more pounds. It is not going to be easy, but I can tell you this, IT IS GOING TO BE SOOOOO WORTH IT!
Like I tell my girlfriend, we are Hotties in the Making!
Keep at it and never give up! Even when you mess up by eating the wrong thing or too much, or if you miss a work out, do NOT give up! Just get right back on track and keep going. You will find that your consistency will pay off in lost pounds.
God bless you in your fitness journey!
