My name is RaShell, II live in the Pacific Northwest, married over 20 years and mother to a tot and teen.
Until the fall of 2007, I was exercising regularly, counting calories, carbs and maintained a healthy weight for almost two decades.
My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes a week later discovered I was pregnant with a high-risk pregnancy. My life turned upside down and all my weight-loss efforts came to an abrupt halt. To say the least my stress and fatigue has all led to a 50 lb weight gain.
My daughter is remarkable in her efforts to control her blood glucose. My baby born 10 weeks early, is about to start school and very healthy. I am willing to scrutinize my short comings.
I am anxious to drop 20 pounds so I can fit in a few clothes of mine and stop going up in sizes.
