Thanks for your comment! I'm vegetarian. I know I should add all those things to my meals, but I'm weird :) I do eat yogurt, but not cottage cheese. Nuts and nut butters are delcious, but still scare me off for frequent use because the high calorie content doesn't fill me up. Sigh. But I think I'll have to try it - and I really appreciate the note about protein after workouts! I will definitely have to work on that! 2549 days ago
