I've finally had it. Ever since discovering my intolerance to gluten, and beginning my gluten free diet, I have gained at least 35 pounds. I have gone up one entire pants size in the last couple of years. Recently, I tried to put on a new pair of work pants in what was my current pant size and guess what? It was too small! This is not my first account on Spark people, but I lost my old account long ago. So let us consider this new site as my brand new journey into weight loss.
