To become physically fit. To lose weight.
To make going to the gym a part of my lifestyle.
To eat healthy.

My Program:
I go to the gym Mon to Fri. Each day I do strength training on a different muscle group with free weights. After my strength training I do cardio.

My name is Kathleen and I live in Ontario Canada.
I'm happily married with 2 little boys.

My family is very important to me. I am lucky that my husband will eat what I cook lol.

If you are that far off....I would start by sitting down and making a plan. A plan to what you can do to make your eating habbits better. Small adjustments that you can implement 1 or 2 at a time. If you are not exercising regularly, figure out when and where you are going to exercise. If you don't have a full hour then break it up throughout the day when you do have 10 minutes here or there. Nothing is more important than your health!
