Thanks for checking in. How have you been? I have been a bit absent because I am a lot busier at work and generally don't log on after I get home from the gym/work. I am doing well. Just got back from a week long vacation in St. George and Zion UT. It was so beautiful. But hot! Ugh.... I can't handle the heat when it gets past 90.
Congrats on keeping the weight off. I am almost at my goal but have been struggling to make it. I have been up and down 3-5 pounds for the past 2 months. Need to get my eating down to a science so I can start seeing real results. Wish me luck.

I am actually doing well on JC. Losing about a pound a week. But not feeling deprived or anything. It is hard to stick to pre-made food but I think it is worth it for the next few months. I am down to 178.5 and want to lose another 5-10 pounds so I can get into a solid size 10. I also want to look hot in a bathing suit and right now I look ok.
Good for you for sticking with WW. I just started Jenny Craig so I could do their Body Bug program. My goal weight is about 10 pounds away (for them) so I will be able to incorporate my own food fairly quickly into the program. But can buy their food if I want since I bought their premium package which is a year's worth of check in's. Today is only day 1 of the food and I am not sure how long I will like to do it since it is so expensive. The meals run about $6 each and they are very small.
