Eat Healthy, Make healthy choices in all areas in my life. May fitness be part in my life everyday, like food are in our lives.

60 minutes cardion everyday, 30 minutes Strenght training 3 times a week. 30 minutes Zumba dance 3 times a week.

Start getting back on track, no running, will start running on january.

Personal Information:
Married and blessed with two adorable kids.

I do exercise with my kids every weekend for 90 minutes daily, they really enjoyed it.

Other Information:
I Did my first 4 mile in 45 min 32 seconds in May 16th 2010.
Did 5K in December 2010 Time 27:28

MAY 15TH 2011, 4 mile run 45 min 45 second
Going for another 5K this October 2013

Welcome to the Couch to 5k running group!!!! Stop by the message board and introduce yourself to the team. On the team page you will find a thread for each training week. Click on week one and post were you are at in your training. This is a great way to meet others who are in the same phase of training as you. Some of my best friends were in my training week one and we worked through the program together sharing victories, questions, comments, and ideas. I look forward to learning more about you.
