emoticon Sorry to hear about the pins and needles pain. I had that too. I can relate. in fact I had it so bad I couldn't walk on one leg which was affected by it. I had to have surgery but it wasn' that bad. I could walk again after a week or so. I had the sciatica pain and I couldn't sit very long at all. But after a year. I could sit much longer and eventaully the pain and numbness is not nearly as bad unless I do to much. I hope you can get relief soon because I know you need it! Take care do stretches and keep up the walking !

Hi There, Thanks so much for the really great advice you have given me on walk away the lbs team about my back problems, it means alot & makesloads of sense to, thats just what I thought, I do a much walking as I can, Im on anitinflamatory pain killers now pretty much all the time as im in constant pain & I have numness & pins n needles from my feet all up my legs to the middle of my back, lol great fun.. I dont know what they will do after The MRI, time will tell.
