My Program:
I am exercising at least 30 minutes five times a week with at least two days of strength training in there.

I'm planning my meals and tracking what I eat. I am working on conquering my sweet tooth and moving our family towards clean eating.

Personal Information:
I am 30 years old and live with my husband and daughter in Garland, TX. I work full-time as one of the registrars at a local community college in DFW.

Hey Katie! How have you been? Hope you are doing well.

Been a long time and so much has happened! We have moved out of state a couple times because my husband lost his job. With all the stress comes weight gain so here I am! emoticon Trying to get back into the swing of things.

Hi Katie! Nice to hear from you again. I think to help "reset" myself, I connected with a friend from college that is in the same boat as I am. She is the one that introduced me to MFP. I feel accountability to log my food and exercise each day. Then I get a thrill from pressing the "complete" button at the end of the day...like earning a gold star or something. :) Baby-steps. I'm almost to the weight that I was after giving birth. I can't wait to surpass that mile-marker! Keep me posted on your journey.

Hi Katie! I need a serious reboot as well!!! It is so strange that is seems to hit the gals in the Fall 2010 Mom's group around the same time. I plan to weigh in tomorrow, and make healthier choices. I'm tired of feeling this way! How are you doing?

Thanks for checking in. I'm glad you like your new job and fingers are crossed that your hubby finds something soon. I'm doing alright. My thyroid was really low and out of range, which explains feeling like I barely made it through the winter. My Synthroid is being increased, and now I am back in range but still need a boost. Lillian is definitely going through the Terrible Two's. :( How's Arianna doing? Is she giving you any lip service these days??? :)
