6/4/13 Starting a new program to kick these pounds to the curb: more fruits & veggies no sugar/flour 8 glasses of water workout at least 60 minutes 5xweek weighing tomorrow am and every Wed. for 12 weeks rethinking my goal weight after these 12 weeks-may be raising it Trying to get rid of this last 30 pounds and get healthy. The only to it is through it. 5/22/12 update. Have taken off 20 courtesy of the 17DD but still have another 10-12 to go. It is coming off slo-o-o-o-wly. My Program:
I exercise 5 days a week, 2 hours/day using a variety of exercise types including strength training, pilates, water aerobics, and zumba. I avoid the white stuff and eat lots of veggies, fruit, lean meat and greek yogurt following the 17 Day Diet.
Personal Information:
I am a grandmother/wife/mother/daughter, friend who is trying to take care of this body that God gave me. I know I can do all things through Him.
