Life's Too Short

I am looking to turn back the clock on the weight that has crept up. Starting a family is important to me - but I want to be healthy and full of energy when that time comes. In my mind, that gives me a year give or take to put healthy habits in place.

My Goals:
- Complete the Chilly Half Marathon in 2:15 or less

- Give Crossfit a genuine try

- Drink lots of green smoothies

- Watch my caffeine

- Limit dairy and meats

My Program:
I'm still making my program up as I go along.

My current strategy is to eat healthy meals & track calories. Limit alcohol and give up coffee cream.

I also plan to run 5KM 3-5 x per week.

I also plan to take as many varied fitness classes as possible!! Zumba, Yoga, Pilates etc., ... once I show up you get forced to do it!!

Other Information:
I try to buy ORGANIC, Limit alcohol, limit caffeine.

I love gourmet food, hosting dinner parties, wine & drinks, going out for dinner... haha boy I'm in trouble LOL
