hello i'm new to the IBS group and just thought i'd share some info. My IBS has improved greatly since giving up my 3-4 lattes a day and going on the fiber 35 diet. If i get a coffee craving i put coffee flavored candy flavoring in my protein shake so it tastes like a frozen latte. it's amazing how eating well makes you feel well! I avoid acidic foods as much as possible and when i make spagetti sauce i add a pinch of baking soda to reduce the acidity.
