It's easier to get on the horse once you know how to ride. It's kinda like riding a bike but for some reason I like the horse analogy better.

I'm starting to change my thinking back to a more positive view of my body and the fuel I consume to keep it healthy and going long in the future.

Thanks for the encouragement and the love! You rock! Can't wait! I finally got another run in today (1st since Sunday). I did 3 miles in 26:04! My personal best so far! Sometimes when I feel like giving up, I think "No way, man! If Kate can do an entire Century Ride, I can run a few miles"!!!! See, my dear, we inspire each other!
