Well I've been away for a while... but now I'm back!

I'm walking a marathon for Cancer Research at the end of September, so I've set myself a goal of toning up and fighting my old demon - snacking at work.

My Goals:
Get back to 126 pounds and stay there or lower until June 2012.

Increase my visible muscle tone by working out 5 times a week and watching my calorie intake. Take more photos of my progress.

My Program:
I am no longer tracking food regularly, but may do so occasionally to check I'm not going off course.

My main exercise sources are walking and workout DVDs including the 30 Day Shred, Ripped in 30, 6-week 6 Pack and No More Trouble Zones. Jillian keeps me in check.

Wow, 22 miles in just over 6 hours so far, in prep for the walking marathon? Sounds like you'll be ready all right!
I've not been feeling very good. Still coughing from this last virus, but I'm getting better, thanks.
