Hello my name is Rebekah. So here I am again starting from scratch in 2012. Not only am I not close to any of the goals I had set in fact I'm actually further. I use to hear people around me say well I just "cut out salt" or "don't eat after 7pm" or "I stopped eating red meat" or what ever and you see them and they lost from 50 to 80lbs. Here's what I realized, even if I would of taken 1 of thoose things and stuck with it I would be thinner today. But I didn't! Instead I wanted something that would be quick and help me lose weight fast. So every year I would look to "start fresh" all gung ho and never stick with it. Last yr was suppose to be my yr (and the yr before). I thought let me take those years to work on my weight because this yr was all about change and I wanted to be able to make my chages all in my new body. However if I would of paced myself in those 2yrs I wasted I could have my results by now. I would hear people say it took them 18 months to lose 100lbs and I thought that was too long. Well guess what I just gave up the last 2 years and countless less years before that and I'm still here. So what have I learned.....its all about taking it 1 day at a time! If I took it 1 day at a time 2yrs ago id of reached my goal. So no more excuses! I'm giving myself harsh pep talks and some real things to think about. I've decided to keep my original goals that I had when I started in 2008 below as a reminder but this yr its 1 day at a time!

Ultimate GW: 127
1st goal lose 70lbs by June 27th 2012 (my bday)
Lose 100lbs by Dec 31, 2012

SW 1/1/ 08: 372
GW 6/01/09: Under 200lbs
Final goal 10/01/09: 150lbs

My Goals:
My short term goal is to weigh under 300lbs. My next goal is that I am at least 100lbs lighter by the end of the year. I want to have kids someday and I definitely cant do it when i am this big.

My Program:
My Program right now consists of watching what I eat. Also getting some strength training and toning done. No eating after 7:30 pm. And then more whole foods and vegetables, and a modified Atkins diet.
