I am looking at a life long change in the way I think about and accomplish daily routines. This includes changing the way I eat and the activites I participate in on a daily basis. In order to make it life long it has to be enjoyable.

I totally hear about the temptations. They are EVERYWHERE. I'm sticking with things. Of course some days are better than others. At least now I'm aware of things. Like I'm already making a plan for the holidays. My husband is Canadian so that means 2 Thanksgivings.
