I'm bad at coming up with titles

I've had quite a few ups and downs over the last year or two, but with a new job I am looking to start fresh and start improving my eating and fitness habits, and try to lose some weight that I've had for quite some time.

My Goals:
-Exercise often, taking advantage of work benefits at the nearby gym
-Participate in Harbor to the Bay, a benefit bike ride in late summer
-Be in really good shape this time next year

My Program:
-Cooking more of my own food, and being better about what I'm eating in the first place.
-Getting more exercise

Personal Information:
I originally grew up in Vermont, and wandered to Boston after college. I work at a local hospital and I am finishing up an MPH program

How's it been going? I have sparkpeople as my homepage so right as I wake up I remember to go on it! Even when I have days that I stuff my face (cheesecake factory) cough cough, and then feel shame it helps get me back on. Keep me posted.
