My Goals:
I would like to lose enough weight to reach 180 pounds. I now weigh 213 so not to far to go

My Program:
I have a nutrionist on my team to help me in losing weight so cancer won't come back. I also walk everyday and i have started to excercise

Hey Ken,
All I did was go through the exercises that are listed in the Sparkpeople Fitness Section, I found Seated Dumbbell Concentration Curls, Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press,Alternating Dumbbell Biceps Curls, Squats. Seated Leg Extensions, and Calf Raises with Chair. I was trying to find exercises that wouldn't hurt my knees and back. I hope this helps you. Good Luck!
