My Goals:
My goal is to get down to 140-145 depending on how I feel I look when I get there. At my age a little bit a fluff helps fill in the wrinkles and keeps you looking more youthful in the face. So, I'm keeping my goal a little open ended for tweaking when I get there.

My Program:
I'm starting out using HCG. This requires me to eat only a 500 calorie diet each day for 23 to 40 days depending on my success. 500 calories isn't much, I know - but it's all natural, clean food and lots of water. I've done it before and lost 23 lbs. Unfortunately I went back to my old habits and have gained 15 of it back through the holidays.

Personal Information:
I was born in Rockford, Illinois and moved to Arizona in 1973 at the age of 10. I've never had to watch my weight before so this is a new experience in my life - didn't start having issues until my mid to late 40's. Menopause isn't helping either! ha ha!

Other Information:
I think we can accomplish anything we truly put our minds too. We only fail because we choose to give up, choose to cheat - and allow ourselves to talk ourselves out of success.

Hi,Kelly! I am here to tell you that it CAN be done! I also have a desk job. I replaced my desk chair with a stability ball. I hate(d) mornings and I hate(d) exercise, but I am at the gym at 5am now to get my workout in. It all depends on how badly you want it. Let me know how or if I can help.
