Cup Half Full
I am a 63 year old grandmother wanting to be able to keep up with my active toddler grandson. He has made me realize how much energy and physical fitness I have lost and I want it back! I have faith with my families help I will get there.

My Goals:
To be able to go up and down stairs without pain in my knees. To be able to run and keep up with an active toddler.
My Program:
1. Start an exercise program. 2. Drink more water. 3. Avoid snacking between meals.
Personal Information:
I retired from a CPA firm where I was an accountant. I worked with wonderful people but retirement is great! I am taking care of my grandson now 5 days a week because I want to. Due to medical problems it did not look like there were going to be any grandchildren. So I want to enjoy every minute of the miracle God has given us. Just hope we do not spoil the much celebrated grandchild!
