Any and all help is greatly appreciated. The pictures I have chosen to post for now are of my kids. Since I do not allow pictures of myself to willingly be taken. Well not yet anyway. Hopefully this will change with time and knowledge on how to deal with loosing the extra weight I have packed on over the years. Good luck to all and God Bless.
