Long Term Goal: I would like to weigh 160 and be able to maintain it.

My Program:
Trying to eat healthier clean foods and trying to follow these rules

Drink a large glass of water BEFORE Every meal-No Excuses!


Eat Protein at EVERY Meal -or stay hungry & grouchy!

Eat a REAL breakfast

Go to bed hungry! no eating in front of tv

7.5hrs Sleep Right

Exercise 6 times a week with as many spin classes possible,
