A Better Me Today
I'm looking to improve my health and make my body a tool to carry me into the future. Thus far it's going pretty well. I have lost 1/2 of the weight I would like to lose. I'll post a new picture pretty soon. My short term goals (timeline is subject to change) are: 190# by June 9 175 by Labor Day 165 by Thanksgiving 160 by Christmas 155 by my birthday.
