A Better Me Today

I'm looking to improve my health and make my body a tool to carry me into the future. Thus far it's going pretty well. I have lost 1/2 of the weight I would like to lose. I'll post a new picture pretty soon.

My short term goals (timeline is subject to change) are:

190# by June 9
175 by Labor Day
165 by Thanksgiving
160 by Christmas
155 by my birthday.

Thanks for the comment you left on my spark page.
As exercise I do the following:
Monday 60 mins water aerobics.
Tuesday 60 mins walking and jogging or else swimming.
Wednesday 60 mins high impact step aerobics.
Thursday 60 mins water aerobics.
Friday 60 mins walking and jogging combined.

Hi, I was looking at the 40 something's team map and saw you were all the way out in Alaska! I bet it's beautiful there, DH and I plan on taking the Alaska cruise one day...God willing! I commend you for being a SpEd teacher, I am a substitute teacher and often fill in for SpEd teachers. It has certain challenges but the rewards are many! I always learn so much from those kids.
