What do I eat NOW?
I have not been on here in a long time and am slowly finding my way back. In December I was tested comprehensively. Reader's digest, I have been sick for six years, since I went through radiation. Testing has shown that I am wheat, gluten, dairy, cow, and all egg intolerant with an allergic reaction. If I want to get well I need to change to get better.
It is the hadest thing I have ever had to do.

It is hard very hard, but I will figure this out!
I see this picture to the left from 2007 and think, wow I looked pretty darn good.

I am much more knowledgable...I have to lose the weight, use my knowledge....
My Program:
Stay within the correct calories and stop eating foods that go against my digestive system.
Fresh, organic whole foods!
Exercise @ least 5 days a week. YAHOO!!!! Goal met and I have added a DAY! I am at 6 days a week!
Personal Information:
I grew up in Michigan then left the cold winters and flew south! Spent enough years in South Florida to call it home. Moved to AZ 6 years ago, over it miss the water.
I have one 2 legged son Jonathan, 75, and 2 4 legged boys, Gizmo who is 8 and Stevie Ray who is blind and 3 year old and snarky :)
