My youngest son releasing butterflies we had "raised" and watched change. We just did this.

My oldest got baptized on Easter this year. He had been too shy to get up in front of people before

My Goals:
I lost about 58 pounds during a long, slow process of changing the foods I ate for IBS. However, I still wanted to lose another 5 - 10 (I was just barely inside the not overweight category) and then this winter I put back on 10 of the pounds I lost.

I started there - but I have continued to gain. I am now about 20 pounds over where I finished. I really need to stop this gaining and go in the other direction!

My Program:
The journal is helpful -- watching portions & sugar -- I really need to workout though.

Personal Information:
I am a Christian homeschooler. I love to work at my church. I teach Sunday School and help with AWANA.

I have IBS and asthma & migraines - which is slowing my progress some. Initially I lost weight because of switching to the IBS diet - but my asthma and the headaches are aggravated by working out -- and my food choices are limited by my IBS. So losing more or faster is hard.
