My Goals:
Get to 210 pounds by 09/30/13

Work out 3-5x a week. Minimum 3x cardio and 3x strength training.

Eat healthier meals at home.

Learn to cook better to MAKE healthier meals for my family.

My Program:
5k Training program = run/walk drills 3x a week

Gym weights and home stability ball/weights.

Yoga for flexibility and sometims power yoga for workouts

I live in the California Bay Area. Born here, lived in OR for several years... and now am back. Miss OR but work is here.

Eh, as you can tell from my "teams" I am crafty. I make soap, I knit. I am also geeky. I play online games. I like science jokes.
