You can totally do this! My first month, I eliminated all pop, chips, candy, fast food and junk snacks and retaught myself how to cook and prepare healthy meals and snacks. I was almost exactly where you are now - I was dealing with depression and my relationship had hit a really rough spot... and I was over 300 lbs!
You're already doing the right things! If I have any advice, it's to start small. Start with just 20 minutes of exercise 4 times a week. Start by making it a goal to get 5 servings of fruits and/or veggies every day.
Check out Leslie Sanstone's Walk Away the Pounds videos on YouTube. You don't need any special equipment, just walking shoes and a little space to move around in! I did Walk Away the Pounds a LOT when I first started out and I saw great results.
