I made smoothies tonight for tomorrow. Thanks for your recipe. I didn't think you could do spinach in it, but it totally works. I modified it a little bit, added silken soy in lieu of yogurt. I don't have any whey protein but I should try that too... just need to get to the specialty store. YUMMY!!

You'll have to share the recipe with me for your smoothie! I need to get a blender really bad. I'd like to make more smoothies. I just have a problem feeling hungry after them. Don't look at my reporting for today. My sodium is through the roof!

Awesome job on your fitness and food tracking! Way to go on all your fitness. We have been ill so I've done nothing in the fitness department since Sunday, sadly. Hopefully, that will change tonight.

Your tracking is motivating me to do the same. I do need a reality check. Especially as I nurse less and less, I need to make sure I get my cals back down.
