I made smoothies tonight for tomorrow. Thanks for your recipe. I didn't think you could do spinach in it, but it totally works. I modified it a little bit, added silken soy in lieu of yogurt. Awesome job on your fitness and food tracking! Way to go on all your fitness. We have been ill so I've done nothing in the fitness department since Sunday, sadly. Hopefully, that will change tonight.
