When I had my last child 10 years ago I was at 200 lbs and it looked good on me. I have always had a flat stomach and big hips and rear. I have never been super skinny but I remember what 200 was like and it felt good. When I get there, I might set another goal.
Well this tracking thing is the best thing you can do. If you write down everything that goes into your mouth, when you are tempted to eat something bad, you stop yourself because you will not want to right it down.
My name is Karla, its good to be here, this is just what I needed. I actually started this at 265. I have been gone from here for over a year but I am almost at my goal. My heaviest was 305 but as you can see I'm almost where I want to be. But I actually believe I'll keep going until I am comfortable in the tank top and shorts!!!
Just something quick. And it might seem silly but watching the biggest loser is so motivating as well as so educational. I have learned alot just by watching and it has prompted me to read more and research more.
