Hello! I have been fat for the majority of my life. Big boned as i was told growing up. Dont worry you will lose it when you grow. Well I am almost 6ft tall and i still have it! I was only smaller for a few years when i did a complete lifestyle change. I gained my wieght back from being in a relationship where i wasnt supported and made fun of for working out. Another reason for my weight gain was myself. I had very little confidence and a warped mental picture or myself. even though i wore smaller clothes I was still convinced I was the same size. In the mirror I didnt see a difference, and i was 75 pounds lighter. So, i am starting again with confidence. Why? because i want to. Skinny or not i just want to be healthy and feel great.

My Goals:
loose wieght, feel healthy, make my boyfriend drool (maybe not that one but it would be funny), and i would love to get a compliment that i look nice when it isnt a special occasion where its said cause it is suppose to be said.

My Program:
i work out a minimum of 3 hours a week! I drink a gallon of water a day, no carbonated beverages, prefer no fried foods, and just healthy eating all around!

Im Kelli from Prosper, TX but i was raised in Frisco, TX. I live with my boyfriend Justin and my beautiful puppy Hannah! I work as a teachers aide in a F.A. classroom and i am currently going to school for my bachelors degree in Special Education!

Other Information:
I absolutly love to read, I love the feeling of sore muscles, and I ride horses (english/hunter)
