I dunno what to say here. I struggle with eating, it's a battle that I feel like I am losing most of the time.

Thank you for posting the links to the free online eating disorder workbooks, though there is a little typo in the link: a space just before "au", I think. I just glanced at a few, but I've bookmarked the general site. I've made a lot of progress and lost 16% of my weight without calorie counting, etc. I'm tweaking my practices and will be taking a closer look at the materials over the next few months. This is a long-term process, though you catching it younger have a much better chance of avoiding as many years of problems as I've had. emoticon
