Well, here I am again! Last time I was here was a few months or so before my wedding which was September 20th, 2008. Today, is now January 28th, and I am logging in for the first time in almost a year.
Where has the time gone?
Last year, in January I was down to about 212 lbs. Currently, I am hovering around 237. Still not back to my all time highest weight of 250 in 2007, however if I continue what I am doing, I will be back there in no time. And I don't want that!
So, I've vowed to myself to stick to it. To truthfully give it my best shot again. I'm doing it on my own this time, unlike 2007/2008 when I was doing LA Weight Loss. I know what I have to do, I know what foods are good for me, I know how to get results... I just need to stick with them.
Here we go, another try of the diet... Dieting...Take Two!
Leave me words of advice, encouragement and a swift kick in the ass when I need it... and I will do the same for you.

PS: Yes, I did get married on September 20th, 2008 as well... and these 5 months have gone by increasingly fast. I'll try to update pictures... for now, take a look at my Flickr Albums - You'll see some wedding pics in there under the set Our Wedding:
Once you get into the sets, you can see Our House before/after and pictures from our Honeymoon and a friends wedding that I was in, in May 2008 - it's under Andrea and Aric's wedding... a well as my trip to Chicago in April 08 and our night in Minneapolis on Valentine's weekend. -Lose 2 lbs per week, and not lose a certain amount of weight by a certain date. That sets me up for failure. However I would love to lose 62 lbs which would bring me to weigh in at 175. After 175, I can determine where to go from there, if anywhere.
-Plan my meals every day/week.
-Eat 3 fruits/4 vegetables every single day.
-Get in 64 oz or more of water, per day.
-Exercise at least every other day. Or, Mon-thru-Friday and off on the Weekends.
No specific program. I did LA Weight Loss in 2007/08 and learned an abundance of good information there that I am now bringing with me to try on my own. I know how to do the diet/lifestyle change thing, I just haven't implemented it.
I'm Krystle! I'm 23 and from Western Wisconsin. I'm trying to lose weight for my overall health. I've had more health concerns spike up and I've determined that I now have to do something about it. No more sitting around.
I don't have a specific date I would like to lose my 62 lbs by, all I know is I want to lose that. Whether it's 1 year or two years or 10 months, that it takes me, then it does.
