As an Aries, I'm an energetic, passionate, easy going person. Easy to get a long with and love to do interesting things, but my downfall is that my attention span is short and I can get bored easily and tend toward laziness rather than the "get up and go" attitude. For me, routine is the best medicine but with my hectic schedule as a young professional and juggling two dogs, a live in boyfriend, and lots of recent personal changes, I've been struggling with my Yo Yo weight fluctuations. As an Aries, I'm an energetic, passionate, easy going person. Easy to get a long with and love to do interesting things, but my downfall is that my attention span is short and I can get bored easily and tend toward laziness rather than the "get up and go" attitude. For me, routine is the best medicine but with my hectic schedule as a young professional and juggling two dogs, a live in boyfriend, and lots of recent personal changes, I've been struggling with my Yo Yo weight fluctuations. In 2005 when I graduated University I was 2 lbs shy of 200lbs and at that moment I hated myself. I decided that I needed to do something about it. I started with a Personal Trainer and made it down to 170 lbs. Unfortunately, due to health problems and recent life changes, I've wandered off the beaten track. I'm back up to 190 and I never want to see those double zeros on that weight scale. So here I am and the Karma feels right.

My Goals:
Weight loss Goals for 2010!! 1. Balance my work/exercise schedule 2.Get below 170lbs by March 30th 3. Get below 160lbs by December 25th General Goals: 3. Drink 10 glasses of water every day 4. Tone up and find things to do that keep me motivated.
My Program:
1. Gym for 1 hour at least 3 times per week. 2. Resistance training for 20 mins 2x per week 3. Yoga once per week
