HELP!!! I need motivation
Hi, my name is Krystle, I have two beautiful kids and . Ever am getting married in July of 2010. Since i had my son, i have not been able to lose the baby weight. He is now 7 months old, and i just can't use that excuse anymore. If anyone has any suggestions, i am all ears. Thank you

My Goals:
I am looking to lose about 90-100 pounds for my wedding in July of 2010. I would also love to have more energy and be healthier all over
My Program:
I am watching my portions, and eating chicken rather than red meat. I have also decided to go out to dinner one a month rather than once a week. Ohh and i am going to try and work out 4 times a week for at least 30mins each day
