A New Health Revolution

Hello everyone! I'm a 29 woman living in southeast Missouri. I've been a bit overweight for awhile now and I'm ready to shed this extra weight. In addition to losing the weight, I'd really like to tone up my body. Even when I was 20 lbs. lighter, I was still flabby. I think my biggest challenge will be trying to find time to work out.

Hey.....just wanted to drop you a line and let you know that 10 minutes of fitness today is more than you did yesterday. Even though you are working toward a more aggressive goal...keep in mind that every little thing you do is progress!
