Hello, I have been a member of Spark for a few years, although mostly inactive. I plan to change that and make myself more active both on Spark and my daily life. I have fibromyalgia and some other conditions, that limit what I do and when I do them.

My Goals:
Some of my goals are to:
1. Loose weight
2. Eat better/healthier - more vegetables and fruits
3. Exercise more
4. Start a sleep journal and use it, also get on a regular if possible sleep schedule
5. Create a vision board that reflects what I want to accomplish and things I would like to do or have happen

My Program:
I have joined the 2014 Summer 5% Challenge, and am on the 2014 Summer Spirited Underdogs team for this challenge.

My Exercise Commitment is:

I will exercise for at least 10 minutes everyday. And will do more if possible. And take rest breaks when I need to do so.

I will setup and use my routine on the Wii Fit Plus, and gradually increase exercises on it as I get used to them.

I will start with 5 minutes on the Gazelle Edge, and 2 minutes on the Cardio Glide, and increase as my body adjusts to using them.

When not doing either of those forms of exercise I will use other equipment or exercise videos/dvds.

I will do strength training exercises three times a week.

I will also be including some yoga, stretching and meditation.

I play Rift and am currently the guild leader of the Among The Shadows guild.

I love to read when I can sometimes having more then one book going at a time.

I enjoy listening to music, I can listen to just about anything although not to much rap.

I enjoy movies again taste varies depending on mood. I like family films, adventure, romance, comedies, suspense horror not so much the slash them up horror, have even been known to still appreciate a good classic or cartoon type film.

WOOHOOO Lisa on the dancing with the music awards !! VERY, VERY GOOD !!! LOVE that ! I will be OUTTA my cast (after 7 LONG WEEKS ) ! TOMORROW (Thurs ) !!! I am BEYOND EXCITeD !!! Than I will be on crutches for 2 weeks,,,, this has taken the ENTIRE Summer CHallenge to get recovered. SIGH !!

I LOVE that you are totally enjoying being a DAWGGIE !! WOOHOOOO !! This is GREAT !!! The thing I love the most about being a Dawggie,,, is how well we all get a long,,, and of course how we all support each other,,,,, and the RA RA LETS GOOO DAWGGIES Attitude !!! All of us LOVE to see the LETS GO and we all Rise UP to it !! TY so MUCHERS for ur part in this ! :)

Hon, ur doing great with the weigh in and exercise !! WOOHOOO YOU GO GIRL !!!

With sleep,,, did ya know if you type into the search button "Sleep team" there's a great one !! it takes you thru if I remember right it's 4 weeks, of how to improve our sleep habits. At first I POO'd POO'd it !! For I had been sleeping from 10 mins to 2 hrs a NIGHT !! I was sooo tired during the day,, another leader,, who was the CL at that point (Mary Ann) found the team,, we both went thru it together,, for me,,, and her,, it did WONDERS !! I had to go thru it 2 times,,, back to back,,, I had MUCH to learn,, one thing I did which really helped ,, is to use the bedroom for "night time activities" which right now being single,, sigh ! Just sleep (hmmm now where is this SPECIAL GUY?) And it also helps,, LOL my Grands do not sleep over,,, one was living pretty much with me,, if she saw something on TV,,, or needed help at night,, she'd RUN on in,, even during the afternoon,, "I just saw SUCH and SUCH oN TV or Puter,, or heard from a friend" !!! And WAKE ME UP !! LOL I MISS her,, she's married now,,,, did so at 18 !!! but, they are very delightfully happy,, may that PLZ last forever,,, they work for it too,,, and may they NOT have children for at least 3 yrs ! But, now I can sleep from 5 to 9 hrs,,, it varies,,, depending on how much effort I put forth. If I wake up ,, THINK I have energy,, eat breakfast (cereal cold or hot) ,,, and than lay back down,, I can usually go right back to sleep for another hr to 3 hrs. :)

I wish you the best !! it's sooo frustrating to NOT sleep !
