Hello, I have been a member of Spark for a few years, although mostly inactive. I plan to change that and make myself more active both on Spark and my daily life. I have fibromyalgia and some other conditions, that limit what I do and when I do them.
Some of my goals are to:
1. Loose weight
2. Eat better/healthier - more vegetables and fruits
3. Exercise more
4. Start a sleep journal and use it, also get on a regular if possible sleep schedule
5. Create a vision board that reflects what I want to accomplish and things I would like to do or have happen
more to come on this one
I have joined the 2014 Summer 5% Challenge, and am on the 2014 Summer Spirited Underdogs team for this challenge.
My Exercise Commitment is:
I will exercise for at least 10 minutes everyday. And will do more if possible. And take rest breaks when I need to do so.
I will setup and use my routine on the Wii Fit Plus, and gradually increase exercises on it as I get used to them.
I will start with 5 minutes on the Gazelle Edge, and 2 minutes on the Cardio Glide, and increase as my body adjusts to using them.
When not doing either of those forms of exercise I will use other equipment or exercise videos/dvds.
I will do strength training exercises three times a week.
I will also be including some yoga, stretching and meditation.

I love to read when I can sometimes having more then one book going at a time.
I enjoy listening to music, I can listen to just about anything although not to much rap.
I enjoy movies again taste varies depending on mood. I like family films, adventure, romance, comedies, suspense horror not so much the slash them up horror, have even been known to still appreciate a good classic or cartoon type film.
