I surely didn't think that i lost 6 lbs but i did. I bet you did better than you think you did. If you didn't lose anything don't get discouraged. Keep going because you can do it.

Thanks for your comment on my blog, I know what kind of number stress can do to the calorie intake. But I think that is part of our porblem. Try to learn to control it. Analyze your past binges and note what you do. Next time you feel that coming try to meet it face to face and be prepared to stop it before it takes control of you. It is something that takes a long time to gain control over but you and I both can conqure this!!!

Yes I did get the salmon recipe from spark... the sugar makes it a bit less healthy but hey... whatever! It's within my range!
Here it is if you are interested
Baked Salmon with Brown Sugar Glaze



Ingredients


6 - 4 oz Atlantic Salmon portions
1 tbsp McCormick Season Salt
1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
1/2 cup packed brown sugar

Nutritional Info


Fat: 9.2g
Carbohydrates: 18.3g
Calories:277.5
Protein: 28.9g




Preheat oven to 425

Place salmon portions, evenly spaced, on a sheet of foil. Roll up edges of foil to help collect sauces.

Sprinkle seasoning salt and garlic powder evenly over salmon.

Spread brown sugar over seasoned salmon by hand, coating completely with about 1/8 inch of sugar.

Bake salmon for 8-10 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork. It is not necessary to turn the fillets if they are baked slowly.

Makes 6 - 4oz servings
