Thanks for your comment on my blog, I know what kind of number stress can do to the calorie intake. But I think that is part of our porblem. Try to learn to control it. Analyze your past binges and note what you do. Next time you feel that coming try to meet it face to face and be prepared to stop it before it takes control of you. It is something that takes a long time to gain control over but you and I both can conqure this!!!
