My Journey to a fitter me!

I loose, I gain, I loose, I maintain, I plateau....it is a viscious cycle I'm going to end and I will. I know what to do. I have the tools and I'm going to use them. I ran my first half marathon on May 6th and I finished strong so I know I can do anything I put my mind to. I have to have goals to work towards and here they are:

At least 10 minutes of workout each and every day
Train for Chicago half marathon : Sept. 9, 2012
Track my meals consistently for 2 weeks

I've been on this journey for a while and feel as though I'm one of those who CANNOT loose weight. This here is to a better way of doing things and hoping that things will be different now....so about 244 days later, I'm 10 pounds heavier and I have to change things around. Change my attitude towards food. Find other reward items other than food and workout at least 3 days a week

Personal Information:
Nursing school is ober and time to start life.

In nursing school, eat every emotion I have and I intend to change that.

Other Information:
As a Nigerian who cooks without a recipie, it is really hard to track foods. I will put the recipie builder to good use with my next meal preparation.
