Hello. I'm currently trying to, like most people here, gain some footing on my eating and activity habits. I am a very active person. I'm constantly on the go and I ride my bike everywhere since I don't have a car it's my main mode of transportation. However, I seem to still pack on the pounds not much I'm about 10lbs over my desired weight. So I want to be more proactive and keep an eye on my eating habits and see what ways I can improve my activity levels.

My Goals:
I would like to be conscience of what foods I eat and work out more consistently at least 4-5 days a week for an hour and half. I also want to loose at least 10 lbs.

My Program:
I'm currently watching the foods I eat. Getting a general idea about my calorie intake. I'm also riding my bike more consistently, working out somewhere between 2-4x a week. I want to work on my consistency in this department but I'll get there I know I will.
