Hi, Im Krystal I'm 23 and I am sooooo very much happy to find a free website that can really help me. I've been over weight my whole life. I'm not obese, but I could get there one day. I was always the fat friend and now I'm going to change that . I'm 53 pounds from my goal weight. I workout daily sometimes up to 3x a day including a spin class, and running at my local park. I've put myself on a 2000 cal. max diet and I'm doing this alone with no friends. I am almost over exerting myself, but without pain i know it wont work. I'm very optimistic! I hope for the best and I hope You do to! I am always in need of a friend!

115 pds by December, which seems high, but I reach really high hoping I'll grasp something.
1200 Max Cal Intake, Lots of Cardio, Spin Class at Gym, Running at park, Resistence Training.
Also at home situps, bicycles, planks, need lots of core.
23, F, Al, fat is all upper body, have nice legs.
My *CRUTCH* music. I have, have, have to have it to work out. Or anything. I love bread and sweets, and I've almost cut all of it out, and it sucks! I'm single. Tired of being Ugly!
I like most any movies... I'm on netflix. I get sucked in on tv dramas for some reason, like lost and heroes...which are bot over thank GOD (they were getting a lil stupid). Oh and I'll remind you i listen to alot of music. krystal38garcia87 AT gmail.com email me, i need support!

Hi! I see that you're on the right path to losing weight, GREAT!
Just a bit of advice from an old creepy guy: There is no short-cut to good health. Patience and perseverence are "KEY" to long-term weight loss.
Count your calories and keep track of how many carb, protein and fat grams you're taking in, make sure that your fat gram intake is considerably LESS than the carb and protein count. However, try your very best NOT to eat many carbs after 3 pm (no pizza, cereal or anything starchy including starchy veggies).
Lastly, exercise 3-4x's a week, more than that and your body will STOP losing weight because it'll think it has to SURVIVE the brutality of exercise.Drink water only when your thirsty and stop drinking soda of any kind (diet soda is really bad).
I think your pretty and you need to get out there on Friday and saturday night and dance the all night long! Well, that's what I'D DO if I were you, I LOVE to dance!
